Privacy Policy is a document that states the ways of processing your data, including personal data and web cookies, or simply cookies.

  1. General information

    1. This policy applies to the website: wykreowani.pl (“the website”).
    2. The website’s Operator (“the Operator”) and Data Protection Administrator (“the Administrator”) is: Andrzej Wroniecki ul. Ołowiana 59, 91-614 Łódź, POLAND.
    3. You may contact the Operator via e-mail: andrzej@wykreowani.pl.
    4. The Operator is the Administrator of your personal data provisioned on the website voluntarily.
    5. The website use your personal data for the following purposes and on the following grounds:
      • To engage in online conversations i.e. text chat;
      • To process requests via online form;
      • To present you offer or information.
    6. The website collects user and user activity data as follows:
      • Voluntary provided data in online forms, uploaded to the Operator’s systems;
      • Saving cookies on end devices.
  2. The Operator’s data security measures
    1. Login form and personal data input forms are secured in transport layer (SSL certificate). Personal data and login details provided on the website are encrypted in users device and may be accessed on destination server only.
    2. Personal data are stored in database encrypted that the Operator only having key may read them. As a result data are secured upon data theft.
    3. Users password are stored hashed. Hashing algorithm is unidirectional – it is not possible to reverse the operation, which is password storage modern standard.
    4. The Operator periodically changes service administrator passwords.
    5. To fulfill data security measures the Operator backups data on regular basis.
    6. An essential element in data security is regular software updating utilized by the Operator to personal data processing meaning updating and/or upgrading programming components.
  3. Hosting
    1. The website is hosted (technical maintenance) on server provider: cyberFolks.pl.
  4. Your rights and additional data usage information
    1. In some cases the Administrator is entitled to provide your personal data to third-party entities when necessary to perform under contract to you or in order to fulfill legal obligations for compliance with legal order or other obligations which the Administrator is subject to. It entitles recipients groups as such:
      • Online conversations operators i.e. text chat;
      • Authorized employees and associates processing data for the purpose of the website.
    2. Personal data will be processed by the Administrator no longer the website have legal obligation (e.g. The Accounting Act). Marketing data will not be processed longer than 3 years.
    3. You are entitled to request from the Administrator:
      • Grant you access to your personal data;
      • Correct your personal data;
      • Erasure your personal data;
      • Restrict your personal data processing;
      • Transferring your personal data.
    4. You have the right to file a complaint regarding personal data processing to fulfill legal obligations by the Administrator including profiling, although the right cannot be fulfilled when legal basis of high importance for data processing occur, interest, laws and freedoms superior to yourself, especially to  establish, pursue or secure claims.
    5. You have the right to file a complaint to President of the Personal Data Protection Office ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, POLAND.
    6. Providing personal data is voluntary, yet required for the website operation.
    7. You may be subject to actions involving automatic decision making, including profiling to perform under contract to you or for direct marketing managed by the Administrator.
    8. Personal data are not transferred to third-party countries according to Personal Data Protection law, meaning they are not send outside of the European Union.
  5. Data in web forms
    1. The website collects data provided by user voluntarily, including personal data if such are provided.
    2. The website may save connection data (timestamp, IP address).
    3. In some cases the website may save data that make it easier to match data provided via form with form-filling user’s e-mail address. In such case user’s e-mail address is shown inside URL address on website containing a form.
    4. Data provided via form are processed for the purpose of that form function, e.g. for maintenance ticket processing or business contact, service registration, etc. Form’s purpose is respectively presented by its context and description.

    1. User activity data may be logged due to the website administration purposes.
  7. Significant marketing techniques
    1. The operator uses website traffic statistical analysis based on Google Analytics (Google Inc. with headquarters in USA). The Operator does not transfer personal data to mentioned service provider, but only in anonymized state. Service operates based on cookies on user’s end device. In scope of user’s preferences gathered by Google advertising network user may view and edit cookie-based data by tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
    2. The Operator uses remarketing techniques allowing to customize advertising message to user’s activity on website. This can delude personal data are used to track user, however no personal data is transferred from the Operator to advertisement service provider. Technical requirement for described methods is cookies enabling.
    3. The Operator uses Facebook Pixel. This technology allows Facebook (Facebook Inc. with headquarters in USA) to have information about his registered user using the website. It relies on data he is administrator to, furthermore the Operator do not transfer any other personal data to Facebook. Service operates based on cookies on user’s end device.
    4. The Operator uses user’s activity analyzing tools by creating heat maps and recording website activity. Those kind of data are anonymized before transferred to service provider in such a way he cannot know which individual they relate to. In particular entering password and other personal data are not recorded.

    1. The website uses cookie files.
    2. Cookie files (“cookies”) are blocks of data, mostly text files. Cookies are placed on user’s end device used to access a website. Cookies usually consists of website’s name of origin, storage time on end device and unique number.
    3. Entity putting cookies on the website user’s end device and having an access to them is the Operator.
    4. Cookies are used for purposes as follows:
      • Maintaining user session (after logging in) user does not have to enter login and password on website’s every subpage;
      • reaching goals specified above in section “Significant marketing techniques”.

Session cookies are temporary files stored on user’s end device until logging out, leaving website or shutting down application (web browser). Persistent cookies are stored on user’s end device for period of time specified in cookies parameters or until user deletes them.

The website’s users may change those settings. Web browser enables to delete cookies. It is also possible to automatically block cookies.     8. Cookies stored on user’s end device may be used by third-party entities interoperating with the Operator, especially Google (Google Inc. with headquarters in USA), Facebook (Facebook Inc. with headquarters in USA), Twitter (Twitter Inc. with headquarters in USA).

    1. If user do not want to have cookies placed on his device, he can change web browser’s settings. We would like to point out that disabling cookies, necessary in processes of authenticating, security, maintaining user preferences, may make it difficult or in extreme cases – impossible to use websites.
