The General Data Protection Regulation notice regarding personal data processing.

1. The Data Protection Administrator is Andrzej Wroniecki ul. Ołowiana 59, 91-614 Łódź, POLAND.
2. The Administrator appointed data protection officer. Officer’s contact details:  andrzej@wykreowani.pl
3. Provided personal data will be processed for purpose of service providing, ticketing and request responses.
4. The categories of personal data concerned incl. first and last name, phone number, e-mail address, home/business address, process/service/project related data.
5. Your personal data may be transferred to other data processing entities on the Administrator behalf: our company employees.
6. Your personal data will be retained no longer legal obligations occur the Administrator is subject to, unless You raise objection to personal data processing.
7. Your personal data will not be transferred to any third-party country or international organization.
8. You have the right to access your data, the right to correct, erasure, restrict processing of your data, the right to transfer your data, the right to file a complaint, the right to withdraw your consent any time without effect on compliance to data protection law processing made according to former consent before its withdrawal.
9. You have the right to file a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, i.e. President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if your personal data processing is not in compliance with Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1000) or Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation, Official Journal of the EU L 119 of 04./05/2016, page 1, as amended).
10. Data You provided will not be subject to automatic decision making or profiling.
11. Data are provided by whom they concern.
12. Providing personal data is voluntary.
